Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\n\nJob Description\nPrimary Function:\nThe Global EHS Engineer based in Cavite, Philippines, will support the implementation and monitoring of enterprise-wide Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs across ADI’s global manufacturing and non-manufacturing operations. This role will play a key part in driving performance against EHS targets, supporting strategic initiatives, addressing customer requests and ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements, especially within the Asia region.\nEducational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science/Engineering, Occupational Safety & Health, or a related technical field.\nExperience: 1-2 years of experience in environmental, sustainability, or occupational safety and health functions.\nKnowledge, skill and abilities:\nExperience in the semiconductor, electronics or manufacturing industry preferably in a multinational or global environment.\nFamiliarity with EHS digitalization/automation tools or equivalent and proficiency in data visualization and training tools (e.g., Canva, Articulate).\nBackground in occupational safety, industrial hygiene, ergonomics, environmental compliance, and/or sustainability.\nWorking knowledge of relevant regulations (OSHA, EPA, NIOSH, DOT)\nBasic knowledge of and auditing experience on ISO standards (14001, 45001, 46001, 50001).\nstandards (ISO 14001, 45001, 46001, 50001).\nStrong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nProficiency in using metrics and data analysis for decision-making.\nWillingness to travel up to 20%.\nMajor Duties & Responsibilities:\n· Assist in deploying EHS management systems and corporate standards to ensure consistent, high-performance safety and environmental practices across all sites.\n· Support corporate EHS audit program to verify global and site compliance to EHS standards and regulatory requirements.\n· Support the development and delivery of global EHS training programs and materials.\n· Provide technical EHS expertise to both manufacturing and non-manufacturing locations.\n· Monitor, analyze, and report EHS performance indicators using both traditional and digital tools for internal and external ESG reporting.\n· Generate and validate site-specific and company-wide EHS performance reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity.\n· Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to implement EHS initiatives.\n· Participate in sustainability efforts to help achieve ADI’s goals in emissions, energy, water, and waste reduction.\n· Facilitate benchmarking and the sharing of best practices across sites.\nRespond to customer and stakeholder inquiries regarding ADI’s global EHS programs\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
