The ideal candidate will be self-driven, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute in a dynamic, global environment.\nCompetency Level:\nEducational Background: \n*Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Industrial Engineering or a related field.\nExperience: (List minimum number of years and field of exposure, licensure, registration, and/ or certification required).\n*0-2 years of relevant experience; new graduates are welcome to apply \nKnowledge, skill and abilities:\nProficient in compiling, assimilating, and organizing printed and electronic information effectively. \nStrong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively in both written and oral forms. \nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision when provided detailed guidance. \nWilling to work on a shifting schedule to meet operational needs. \nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. \nAbility to thrive in a global, multi-functional team environment. \nSelf-motivated with strong planning, organizational, and prioritization skills. \nDemonstrates strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others. \nExperience with semiconductor test and/or bench equipment is an advantage \nMajor Duties & Responsibilities:\nProvide Manufacturing Support/Sustaining by addressing issues and ensuring smooth operations. \nContribute to Cost Reduction initiatives such as Yield Improvements and Test Time Reductions by identifying and implementing efficiency improvements. \nHandling Material Disposition to ensure accurate and efficient movement of materials. \nPerform Manufacturing Control Hit Validation to ensure proper disposition and handling of materials. \nMonitoring and enhancing Product Performance by collecting and analyzing data to ensure high-quality standards are maintained \nSupport New Product Releases by coordinating with cross functional teams including manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure all release requirements and timelines are met. \nProvide Failure Analysis Support by investigating and resolving issues promptly. \nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
