Coordinate and collaborate with the relate departments, analyzing data, and proactively addressing potential production issues.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, material availability, and production capacity.\nSchedule production lots and prioritize work orders to achieve delivery targets and optimize machine utilization.\nMonitor production progress, WIP, machine capacity, and production constraints to identify potential risks and delays.\nCoordinate with engineering, production teams and other relate departments to ensure smooth and efficient production flow.\nAnalyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.\nAdjust schedules as needed to address changes in demand, material availability, or production capacity.\nAnalyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.\nProactively identify and resolve potential production issues.\nUtilize scheduling software to manage production schedules.\nSupport the development and improvement of planning tools, reports, and data analysis using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or other relevant tools.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, industrial management, engineering management, supply chain management, logistics\nFresh Graduate or 1-2 year of experiece\nUnderstanding of production planning and scheduling principles.\nAble to use ERP or other scheduling software.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving\nProficiency in Excel and data analysis; knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools is a plus.\nExcellent in English communication skills.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes and production flow.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
