Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nAssociate Specialist, Customer Operations\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBE equivalent degree with 1-3 years of experience in supply chain analytics and production planning.\nAbility to work effectively and independently in a fast-paced, agile environment with tight deadlines.\nA flexible (who can work in different shifts), pragmatic, and collaborative team player with innate ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels in the organization\nHands on SQL / PLSQL / Tableau/POWER BI / Basic & Advanced Excel/SAP\nGood communication skills.\nHaving exposure to the automotive supply chain would be beneficial.\nStrong analytical skills are a must.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze customer demand, forecast, backlog, and order booking trends to identify risks and opportunities.\nSupport demand signal monitoring and investigate discrepancies between customer demand and system-generated orders.\nMonitor system transactions and exceptions, including EDI/IDOC processing failures.\nInvestigate process gaps and work with stakeholders to drive corrective actions.\nSupport initiatives focused on improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and planning performance.\nParticipate in automation and continuous improvement projects.\nDevelop and maintain dashboards using Tableau and SQL-based reporting solutions.\nCreate weekly and monthly performance reports for business stakeholders and leadership teams.\nAnalyze large datasets and convert findings into actionable business insights.\nWork closely with Customer Service, Planning, Supply Chain, IT, Sales, and Operations teams.\nCoordinate with global stakeholders to drive issue resolution and process improvements.\nCommunicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to leadership and business teams.\nWrite SQL/PLSQL queries to extract, validate, and analyze data.\nLeverage Excel and analytical tools to automate manual processes.\nSupport new analytics and automation initiatives using Python, Power BI, Tableau, and other digital tools.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
