Working alongside experienced engineers and scientists, you will contribute to projects involving biomedical signal processing, clinical data analysis, algorithm development, and healthcare technology solutions.\nThis internship provides an opportunity to apply academic knowledge in a real-world environment while gaining exposure to advanced sensing technologies, digital health applications, and multidisciplinary product development.\nKey Responsibilities\nAnalyze and interpret clinical and biomedical data to support digital health and disease management initiatives. \nAssist with clinical validation activities, data collection, and research studies. \nSupport the development and evaluation of algorithms for biomedical signal processing and health monitoring applications. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including software, hardware, firmware, and systems engineers. \nCreate reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate technical findings and project outcomes. \nContribute to the continuous improvement of healthcare technologies and medical systems. \nMust-Have Skills\nBiomedical and Physiological Knowledge: Understanding of human physiology, biomedical systems, or healthcare-related technologies. \nData Analysis and Statistics: Ability to analyze data and apply statistical methods to support research and engineering activities. \nSignal Processing: Foundational knowledge of signal processing concepts and their application to biomedical data. \nProgramming and Analytics: Experience with MATLAB, Python, or similar tools for data analysis and algorithm development. \nCommunication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present technical information clearly. \nCollaboration: Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. \nPreferred Education and Experience\nCurrently pursuing a BS/MS degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. \nCoursework, research, or internship experience related to biomedical engineering, digital health, signal processing, machine learning, or healthcare technologies. \nFamiliarity with clinical data analysis, biomedical sensors, or health monitoring systems. \nExposure to clinical research, human subject studies, or healthcare applications is a plus. \nExperience with MATLAB, Python, or statistical analysis tools is preferred. \nAbility to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
