This role will serve as a key data resource within BU Finance, responsible for developing scalable reporting solutions, automating processes, managing financial datasets and delivering actionable insights to finance and business leadership.\nThe ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen with advanced data and analytics capabilities, particularly in Power BI, data modelling, automation and programming. This individual will play a critical role in modernising finance reporting and enabling data-driven decision making across the organisation.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions supporting BU FP&A, Finance Business Partners and leadership teams.\nBuild and manage robust data models using Power BI, Power Query and related technologies.\nExtract, transform and analyse large datasets from multiple enterprise systems to generate business insights.\nDevelop automated reporting and analytics solutions that reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.\nUtilize Python, SQL and other analytical tools to streamline financial processes and perform advanced data analysis.\nPartner with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.\nSupport forecasting, planning, month-end close and management reporting processes through enhanced analytics and data visualisation.\nDevelop and maintain data quality controls, reconciliations and validation processes to ensure reporting integrity.\nCreate meaningful KPI dashboards, trend analysis and performance reporting to support business decision making.\nDocument data flows, reporting methodologies and dashboard governance standards.\nIdentify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and advanced analytics within finance processes.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on simplification, standardisation and automation across BU Finance.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.\n2-4 years of experience in Finance Analytics, Business Intelligence, FP&A, Financial Systems or Data Analytics.\nStrong understanding of financial statements, planning, forecasting and management reporting concepts.\nAdvanced Power BI development skills including:Data modelling\nDAX\nPower Query\nDashboard design\nPerformance optimisation\n\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills.\nExperience with SQL and database querying.\nExperience using Python for data analysis, automation and process improvement.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to finance and business audiences.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting FP&A or Finance organisations.\nExperience with SAP, SAP BW, HANA or other ERP systems.\nExperience with enterprise reporting platforms such as QlikView, Tableau or Fabric.\nUnderstanding of data architecture, ETL processes and data governance principles.\nExperience with machine learning, predictive analytics or AI-enabled reporting solutions.\nCertification in Power BI, Data Analytics or related technologies.\nExperience leading analytics, automation or continuous improvement projects.\nCritical Success Factors\nThe successful candidate will:\nBecome the primary Power BI and finance analytics resource supporting Central BU FP&A.\nDrive automation and reporting simplification across planning, forecasting and management reporting processes.\nReduce manual reporting effort through scalable data solutions.\nImprove visibility into business performance through modern dashboards and analytics.\nEnable finance teams to spend less time gathering data and more time driving insights and decision support.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
