Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nAs a key member of the team, he/she will be responsible for:\nDFT specifications, architecture and implementation using state-of-the-art methodologies and tools\nSupport various product lines for DFT insertion\nSupport various product lines for High Coverage, Low Power, Low Test Time scan patterns\nPre/Post silicon verification & debug\nWork independently as well as in team\nMinimum Qualifications\nMasters of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar\n2 years of directly related experience in ASIC/SoC DFT\nGood understanding of DFT architecture and planning\nHands on scan insertion and ATPG Tool experience\nHands on experience of DFT Compression Insertion, On-Chip Clock Control Insertion\nHands on experience of Gate-level simulation with zero delay and SDF\nGood understanding of Failure Analysis\nScripting: Perl/Python/Tcl\nTeam-player: the ability to forge and maintain relationships with peer-organizations\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Tessent DFT tools\nGood understanding of IEEE 1149 and JTAG\nExperience with LBIST and MBIST\nExperience with advanced DFT technologies like low power, SSN, Fault Grading.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
