Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nBusiness Analyst Roles and Responsibilities for ExistingEDI Transactions\nEstablish Priority based upon input from Sales\n-Review EDI agreements\n-Forward legal contracts and EDI agreement if applicable\nPerform analysis of existing business process flows of transaction and processing in and out of application.\nBusiness Review with Trading Partner\n-Obtain contacts\n-Additional review of requirements for clarification of the business process flow.\n-Advise Trading Partner of any System restrictions\nRecommend system interfaces to handle requirements\nInterview CSR on Customers current Order process and review Master Data\nUpdate Technical Team on requirements \n-Advise Technical contacts, email and phone numbers\n-Provide Master Data information\n-Identify any 'special requirements'\n-Advise priority status\nAssist in system testing for approval to implement. \nPerform detailed testing and review.\nProvide business process flow for training of CSR\nEnsure integrity of EDI data in and out the system\nEnsure system processing is OK.\nEstablish procedures for Technical and Business teams to follow.\nEnsure IT provides detailed specs on WR and advises special processing\nEnsure detailed testing is performed\nON-GOING\nMonitor initial implementation of new Trading Partner\nMonitor IDOC daily processing\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
