Working alongside experienced engineers, you will contribute to software design, implementation, testing, and debugging while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and efficient embedded solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAssist in developing, testing, and debugging embedded software and firmware for hardware-based systems.\nSupport the integration of software and hardware components to ensure system functionality and performance.\nContribute to the development of automation tools, test frameworks, and software utilities.\nParticipate in system validation, data collection, and performance analysis activities.\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.\nDocument software designs, test results, and technical findings.\nMust Have Skills\nBasic knowledge of embedded systems, software development, and computer engineering principles.\nFamiliarity with programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or similar languages.\nUnderstanding of software debugging, testing, and problem-solving techniques.\nKnowledge of version control tools such as Git or similar platforms.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.\nEagerness to learn new technologies, tools, and development methodologies.\nPreferred Education and Experience\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.\nFamiliarity with embedded operating systems, real-time systems (RTOS), or embedded Linux environments.\nExposure to software build systems, scripting, or automation tools.\nExperience with engineering projects, coursework, or research involving embedded software, firmware, hardware-software integration, or system validation.\nKnowledge of digital signal processing, communication protocols, or embedded hardware concepts is a plus.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
