Responsibilities:

1. Understand customers’ applications and collaborate with Sales to recommend the most suitable solutions and products based on customer requirements.

2. Provide technical support to enable customers to successfully implement ADI products and solutions, including schematic and PCB layout reviews as well as software and hardware debugging and testing at the board and system levels.

3. Proactively build knowledge of the company’s products and systems, and deliver technical training on relevant products and system solutions to customer engineers and public audiences.

4. Develop a strong understanding of customers’ system application requirements and market trends; maintain close communication with internal Marketing and Business Units; and provide timely recommendations for new products or system solutions.

5. Work closely with Sales, maintain strong relationships with customers’ R&D teams, and develop customer-specific product promotion strategies.

6. Coordinate internal technical resources to respond quickly to customers’ complex and diverse technical needs, continuously improve customer satisfaction, and accelerate business growth.

5. 与Sales紧密合作，同客户的研发团队保持良好的人际关系，并制定针对该客户的产品推广策略

6. 积极协调组织公司内部技术资源以快速响应客户复杂多样的技术需求，不断提升客户满意度以实现更快的生意增长

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree or above in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Automation, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

2. Strong foundation in analog and digital circuits and circuit theory.

3. Proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages: C, C++, HDL, MATLAB, or Python. Experience in system-level software and hardware debugging is preferred.

4. Familiarity with commonly used AI models. Experience using AI tools for research, engineering, or project development is preferred.

5. Self-motivated with strong self-management skills.

6. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

7. Good coordination and organizational skills.

8. Willingness to travel across South and Southwest China to support customers.

9. Proficiency in spoken and written English.

2. 具有扎实的模拟、数字电路知识及电路理论知识功底

4. 熟悉常用AI模型，有使用AI工具完成科研、工程或者项目开发经验者优先;

8. 愿意在华南/西南地区出差支持不同客户

9. 熟练使用英语进行听说读写
