Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nKey Responsibilities\nDrive design-in and design-win activities for ADI power management solutions across data center, hyperscale, AI/ML server, and high-performance computing applications.\nProvide technical support throughout the customer development cycle, including component selection, design review, circuit debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for power systems.\nDeliver technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions to customers on data center power architecture and ADI solutions.\nDevelop deep understanding of data center power architectures, including rack PDUs ,48V bus conversion, core power supplies and voltage regulator modules (VRM).\nWork closely with Sales, Product Lines, and engineering teams to identify opportunities and accelerate customer success.\nGather customer feedback and market insights for new product definition.\nContinuously expand technical expertise and share knowledge across the FAE organization.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or a related field.\nStrong background in power electronics and power management technologies, including DC-DC converters, digital power controllers, power monitors, hot-swap controllers, and multi-phase VRMs.\nExperience in data center power systems, server power supply design, rack-level power distribution, GPU/CPU power delivery, or high-current power conversion applications.\nFamiliarity with data center power architectures (48V rack infrastructure, point-of-load conversion), AI/ML server power requirements, or battery backup/UPS systems is a plus.\nExcellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.\nFluent in both Mandarin and English.\nWillingness to travel within China.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
