The goal of the FPGA Team is to develop and deploy high quality FPGA and SoC solutions to internal and external customers. To enable the customers to evaluate and test ultra-wideband products, and ultimately to build their own systems and end-products for multiple applications and market segments. Included but not limited to electronic test equipment, wideband communication systems, and Aerospace & Défense subsystems.\nThe role requires an energetic and motivated individual with strong communication, organizational, and technical skills who works well in a diverse environment across global team and geographically distributed organization.\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:\nDesign and implement SoC FPGA programs using HDL, IP, and embedded software\nConstrain FPGA designs and perform timing analysis\nPerform FPGA design verification using behavioral models\nTroubleshoot and resolve problems on FPGA designs and hardware\nParticipate in design reviews, create documentation, present information, and produce demonstrations\nSupport the evaluation and test of new products in the lab and on ATE\nWork in a cross-functional team environment that includes close interaction with digital design engineers, product/test engineers and applications/marketing engineers\nRequired: \nBachelor’s degree or higher in electrical and/or computer engineering\nHands-on experience with FPGA and/or SoC programming\nMotivated and creative problem solver with good writing, presentation, and overall communication skills\nHas a bias for action and works in collaboration with others to deliver high quality results\nVision to work with leading edge technology and push it forward\nAbility to work simultaneously on multiple projects and set priorities to deliver on schedule\nPreferred: \nFPGA and/or SoC experience that includes high-speed signaling, electronics design and embedded software\nExperience with Intel-Altera and/or AMD-Xilinx devices and tools, especially Gigabit Transceivers and high-speed memory\nExperience with RTL HW programming and digital design in general\nExperience with C/C++, Python and TCL and software design\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
