Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nJob Title: Implant & EPI Engineering Manager\nPosition Summary\nLeads the Equipment Engineering and Technician teams supporting Implant and Epitaxy manufacturing operations. Responsible for achieving safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity objectives while developing technical talent and ensuring stable, efficient factory performance.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Equipment Engineers and Technicians supporting Implant and EPI operations.\nDrive safety, quality, yield, cycle-time, and equipment performance improvements.\nEstablish manufacturing priorities and engineering roadmaps.\nPartner with Production, Facilities, Maintenance, Quality, and Technology Development teams.\nManage staffing, performance management, succession planning, and employee development.\nLead root-cause investigations and corrective actions for major excursions.\nOversee capital planning, equipment upgrades, and productivity projects.\nDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including tool utilization, throughput, cost, and quality metrics.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.\nSupport strategic site initiatives and cross-site collaborations.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.\nExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, preferably Implant, Epitaxy, or related wafer fabrication technologies.\nPrevious people leadership experience.\nStrong knowledge of semiconductor processes, equipment systems, and manufacturing operations.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
