In this role, you will work closely with OSAT and foundry partners to improve yield, quality, cycle time, and cost while ensuring manufacturing readiness and operational excellence. Success requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nThis position is based in Taiwan.\nIn This Role, You Will\nAnalyze test, yield, reliability, and manufacturing data to drive quality and yield improvements.\nSupport NPI, qualifications, production ramps, and sustaining activities with foundry and OSAT partners.\nCollaborate with Design, Product Engineering, Packaging, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues.\nDevelop dashboards, reports, and data analytics to support operational decision-making.\nDrive root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality, yield, and delivery issues.\nIdentify and implement improvements to increase throughput, reduce cycle time, and optimize manufacturing performance.\nMonitor WIP, cycle time, and key manufacturing metrics to ensure efficient execution.\nSupport program management activities, including planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.\nMaintain product documentation, qualification reports, and manufacturing specifications.\nCommunicate technical findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.\nWhat You Bring\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in semiconductor NPI, product engineering, manufacturing test, or operations.\nStrong experience with electrical test, yield, reliability, and manufacturing data analysis.\nProficiency with Python, SQL, JMP, Excel, or similar analytics and visualization tools.\nKnowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, CAPA, and other problem-solving methodologies.\nHands-on experience working with foundries, OSATs, and cross-functional engineering teams.\nSolid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing, qualification, and production ramp processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.\nSelf-driven team player who can effectively manage multiple priorities.\nWillingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.\nLean Manufacturing or Six Sigma certification is a plus.\nWhy This Role Matters\nAs a Manufacturing Test Engineer, you will be a key contributor to the successful launch and sustained production of leading-edge semiconductor products.
