You’ll help create it.\nAbout the Role\nWe are seeking a Plant Financial Analyst to support manufacturing operations in Chelmsford, MA, with a focus on ADFED operations. In this role, you will connect manufacturing and financial data to broader business needs, helping leaders understand performance, identify improvement opportunities, and make informed decisions that strengthen efficiency, profitability, and execution. You will collaborate across functions to support analytics, reporting, and process improvements that contribute to operational excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nFinancial Analysis: Gather, analyze, reconcile, and interpret data to generate insights and support business and operational decision-making.\nRecurring Reporting: Perform weekly data and reporting activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nPerformance Monitoring: Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key metrics, trends, and business performance.\nClose Support: Support the integrity and effective use of production applications and dashboards during monthly and quarterly close through disciplined checklist execution.\nProcess Improvement: Identify and support opportunities to improve reporting processes, data quality, and team efficiency.\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with team members and business stakeholders to develop and implement automation and analytics solutions.\nMust Have Skills\nAnalytical Capability: Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.\nFinancial Acumen: Foundational knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, and business performance measures.\nData Tools: Experience working with data visualization, reporting, and analytics tools to support business insights.\nExcel Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency across the Microsoft Office Suite.\nCommunication: Ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to different stakeholders.\nCollaboration and Ownership: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a proactive mindset toward continuous improvement.\nPreferred Education and Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and 2+ years of related experience.\n2-4 years of relevant experience in financial analysis.\nExperience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plus.\nExperience with data visualization and data modeling tools.\nExperience with SAP is a plus.\nExperience with QlikView, Tableau, Power BI, Power Query, or similar business intelligence tools.\nExperience with SQL, BigQuery, or other database query languages is a plus.\nExperience supporting project management or continuous improvement initiatives is a plus.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
