This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for driving quality excellence across the entire product lifecycle, from product development and qualification through manufacturing. The successful candidate will serve as the quality leader for cross-functional teams and strategic customer programs, ensuring world-class product quality and customer satisfaction.\nRoles & Responsibilities\nDefine and execute quality control strategy and metrics for power management products.\nLead quality activities throughout product development, qualification, NPI, production ramp, and sustaining phases.\nDrive DFMEA, SPC, MSA, and risk management activities.\nSupport customer quality management, including customer meetings, critical-to-quality data reports, customer audits, escalations, field issues/returns, and quality reviews.\nMonitor non-conformances and customer returns through Failure Analysis and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA). \nLead structured root cause investigations using 8D process, DOEs, and statistical analysis techniques.\nCollaborate with Design, Test, Product Engineering, Reliability, Failure Analysis, Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve product robustness.\nPartner with external suppliers and OSATs. Support supplier qualifications, supplier audits, regular meetings, corrective actions, and overall supply chain quality performance.\nDrive manufacturing quality improvements through defect reduction, yield enhancement, process capability improvement, and DPPM reduction.\nVerify supplier compliance with ISO 9001, JEDEC, IPC, and customer-specific quality requirements. Support quality audits. \nAnalyze manufacturing and test data. Utilize advanced statistical methods including DOEs and process capability analysis. \nDevelop quality dashboards and communicate quality performance to senior leadership and customers.\nSupport document control and process/product changes (ECOs, PCNs). Generate and review technical documents. Monitor approval processes in document control system. \nBasic Qualifications\nB.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related technical discipline.\n8+ years of experience in semiconductor, power electronics, or related high-technology industries.\n8+ years of experience in Product Quality, Customer Quality, Reliability, Supplier Quality, or Manufacturing Quality Engineering roles.\nStrong knowledge of semiconductor front and back-end manufacturing, assembly, test, and qualification processes.\nHands-on expertise with 8D, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, DOE, Control Plans, and root cause analysis methodologies.\nProven experience managing customer quality issues and presenting to senior leadership.\nExperience working with global foundries, OSATs, contract manufacturers, and strategic suppliers.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, data analysis, communication, and project leadership skills.\nDesired Qualifications\nM.S. degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or related field.\nExperience supporting hyperscale cloud, AI, networking, or server customers.\nWorking knowledge of power semiconductor products such as power modules, voltage regulators, PMICs, MOSFETs, or smart power stages.\nDeep understanding of advanced packaging technologies including QFN, SiP, WLCSP, embedded die, and power module packaging.\nASQ CQE, CRE, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or equivalent certifications.\nDemonstrated record of reducing customer DPPM, field failures, and quality-related customer escalations.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
