Engineer with high speed, fine-line analog CMOS experience for the IC development of new products. The candidate will collaborate in evolving an industry leading the Industrial portfolio into new and more highly integrated market segments\nThe Principal Program Manager will serve as the primary program leader, representing the collective engineering organization to executive management, customers, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will champion operational excellence, establish best practices, proactively manage risks, and drive predictable execution across complex semiconductor development programs.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery of mixed-signal semiconductor products with a strong emphasis on ATE development, characterization, qualification, and manufacturing readiness.\nLead the design planning and execution of high-performance mixed-signal ICs across all facets of design from concept and new IP development to final silicon.\nundefined\nRepresent the collective engineering team in interfacing with management, product management/marketing, and key customers. Champion the development & deployment of best practices to improve program performance, and efficiency, and produce repeatable results across a growing business.\nBuild and maintain integrated program schedules spanning architecture, design, verification, validation, test development, qualification, and production release.\nDrive accountability across cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet scope, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate program risks while proactively removing roadblocks impacting execution.\nCoordinate development and deployment of production test solutions using industry-standard ATE platforms.\nDrive alignment between design, product engineering, test engineering, validation, quality, and operations teams to optimize test coverage, yield, throughput, and cost.\nOversee program readiness for characterization, qualification, reliability testing, and high-volume manufacturing.\nEnsure test development milestones align with silicon availability and product release schedules.\nRepresent the engineering organization in communications with executive leadership, product management, marketing, customers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners.\nEnable transparent communication and decision-making to ensure organizational alignment.\nCustomer & Business Engagement\nAct as the primary program interface for internal and external stakeholders.\nTranslate business objectives into executable program plans.\nSupport customer engagements, technical reviews, milestone assessments, and product release activities.\nBalance technical requirements, business priorities, and resource constraints to achieve program objectives.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Management, or related technical discipline.\n15+ years of semiconductor industry experience with demonstrated success leading complex silicon development programs.\nStrong understanding of semiconductor product development lifecycles from concept through production.\nWorking knowledge of analog, digital, and mixed-signal design flows.\nExceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\nProven ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.\nStrong risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent programs in a fast-paced development environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPMP certification or equivalent program management certification.\nExperience managing complex programs involving Automated Test Equipment (ATE), Memory Test \nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
