Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking a Process Specialist to support IT Service Management (ITSM) governance for Engineering IT, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role will partner with IT teams and process owners to ensure ITSM processes are standardized, measured, and continuously optimized to improve service quality and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nITSM Governance & Compliance\nSupport governance of ITSM processes, including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.\n\nEnsure compliance with ITSM policies, standards, and procedures.\n\nAssist with process audits, reviews, and compliance reporting.\n\nMaintain process documentation, workflows, and governance artifacts.\n\nReporting & Analytics\nDevelop and maintain ITSM dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports.\n\nAnalyze service management data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.\n\nTrack process performance and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.\n\nSupport leadership reporting and service reviews.\n\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify process gaps and inefficiencies and recommend improvements.\n\nFacilitate process optimization and automation initiatives.\n\nSupport implementation of best practices aligned with ITIL and organizational objectives.\n\nMeasure and report the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.\n\nStakeholder Collaboration\nCollaborate with IT teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to drive process adoption and consistency.\n\nSupport process training, communications, and awareness activities.\n\nParticipate in cross-functional projects related to service management improvements.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n\n3-5 years of experience in ITSM, process management, governance, compliance, or operational excellence.\n\nWorking knowledge of ITIL principles and service management best practices.\n\nExperience with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar tools.\n\nStrong analytical skills with experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data analysis.\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow Report or similar reporting tools.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nITIL Foundation certification or equivalent.\n\nExperience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement frameworks.\n\nExperience supporting audits, compliance reviews, and governance programs.\n\nFamiliarity with workflow automation and AI-driven productivity tools.\n\nProject coordination or project management experience.\n\nSoft Skills\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.\n\nEffective communication and teamwork skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nCustomer-focused mindset.\n\nExperience with project management and using AI tools to improve productivity is a plus.\n\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
