Our Product Development team develops leading edge precision analog front-end solutions for Instrumentation, Industrial, Data Center, Automotive, Healthcare, Communications and Consumer applications. This role will be about delivering the application knowledge which allows ADI to think like the customer.\nThe Role\nDrive positive customer engagement activities in the development of new products\nCreate innovative new products which solve the toughest problems and are easy for customers to use. \nWork as part of a multi-disciplinary team (Marketing, Design, Test & Evaluation, Field Applications/Market Segment) to engage closely and deliver to our customers. \nParticipate in design-in efforts for assigned released products\nImplement first class customer design-in support. Understand the customer system issues with a view to defining value-added solutions and play a contributing role in defining strategies for those application segments. \nWho we're looking for\nThe successful candidate will be a recent graduate with a Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification. \nCore electronics fundamentals in both analog and digital domains. \nExperience in embedded microcontrollers and creating data acquisition subsystems is an advantage. \nCommunication with our customers and our sales/field applications engineers requires an outgoing personality with a pleasant, professional and self-driven manner. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are a key requirement. \nWorking well within a team - both the product development and within the applications team is a necessity. \nThe role is primarily hardware-based. Proficiency in software is desirable for complete systems understanding and design-in tool development e.g. Python, C, LabVIEW, C# are all beneficial. \nShowing an interest in and ability to solve complex problems, debug systems and replicate/deliver solutions on bench in hardware and software is a distinct advantage.
