RFS combines ADI’s RF technology groups to create an industry leading team which brings-to-market high performance integrated ASSPs and building block RF ICs, which complete ADI’s signal chains from Antenna to Baseband in ASD, INS and COMs applications. As an engineering project manager within the RFS team you will be responsible for managing the development of new products, advanced core technology and intellectual property (IP) to meet the requirements of our broad customer base. You will work closely with engineers leading various functional aspects of product development projects, planning and coordinating overall development activities. You will be part of a large organization, collaborating with engineers at several locations globally.\nApply now for the opportunity to grow your career and help innovate ahead of what’s possible!\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Planning & Execution\nLead large scale initiatives affecting multiple teams and regions making decisions with long term implications for functions or BU.\n\nCollaborate with Engineering Directors, Product Designers, Engineers, Applications, Marketing, and Manufacturing to define and align project goals with market demands and business objectives.\n\nProject Leadership\nManage project scope, timelines, budgets, and staffing to ensure successful delivery of milestones.\n\nProactively identify and mitigate obstacles and risks, ensuring project continuity and quality.\n\nBe able to work and lead projects independently.\n\nDesign and implement new processes and solutions.\n\nCross-Functional Coordination\nPartner with other Program Managers to prioritize deliverables across concurrent development and sustaining projects.\n\nFacilitate effective communication and alignment across global teams to optimize performance and resolve conflicts.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\nServe as the primary point of contact for internal communications, providing regular updates, escalating critical issues, and ensuring transparency across all levels.\n\nEnsure compliance with internal standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nMentor others and actively upskills team members.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.\n\n10+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in a high-tech or semiconductor environment.\n\nProven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering results in a matrixed organization.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in RF or IC product development cycle from concept to production.\n\nStrong proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Confluence, Jira, and Excel (including VBA).\n\nPMP or equivalent certification is a plus.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage ambiguity, drive strategic initiatives, and influence stakeholders at all levels.\n\nAbility to coach and mentor junior level Project Managers\n\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
