This internship will provide hands-on exposure to engineering project management, cross-functional collaboration, project planning, and the product development lifecycle.\nYou will support project activities across multiple engineering disciplines and collaborate with team members at several locations globally. Through mentorship and practical experience, you will gain an understanding of how complex engineering projects are planned, coordinated, tracked, and delivered.\nEngineering Project Management Intern Responsibilities/Duties\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Support project managers and functional teams across hardware engineering, software development, applications, manufacturing, and other disciplines in coordinating project activities.\nProject Planning Support: Assist with maintaining project schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables, identifying dependencies, and documenting project risks and action items.\nProject Tracking: Help monitor project progress against schedule, scope, and key deliverables under the guidance of project managers.\nRisk and Action Tracking: Assist with documenting project risks, issues, decisions, and follow-up actions to help teams stay aligned.\nProject Communications: Help prepare project status updates, meeting materials, presentations, and other communications for project stakeholders.\nMeeting Coordination: Participate in cross-functional project meetings, capture action items and decisions, and help follow up with appropriate team members.\nData and Reporting: Assist with organizing and analyzing project information using tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or other project management systems.\nProcess and Standards: Learn and support internal project management processes, engineering development practices, and applicable quality or industry standards.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project tracking, reporting, documentation, or team processes and contribute ideas to the broader ACG organization.\nProfessional Development: Build an understanding of engineering project management while gaining exposure to technical teams, development processes, and cross-functional program execution.\nMinimum Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Management, or a related technical field.\nInterest in engineering, technology, and project/program management.\nStrong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.\nAbility to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and adapt to changing priorities.\nProblem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn, ask questions, and take initiative.\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCoursework, academic projects, extracurricular activities, or student organization experience involving engineering, project management, or team-based technical projects.\nExposure to project management or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.\nFamiliarity with engineering development or product development lifecycles.\nExposure to integrated circuit (IC), hardware, or software development through coursework, projects, or previous experience.\nFamiliarity with RF or wireless communication concepts.\nExperience participating in cross-functional or multidisciplinary student/project teams.\nBasic exposure to scripting, data analysis, or automation tools such as Python or Excel.\nStrong time-management skills and an eagerness to learn in a fast-paced technical environment.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
