The candidate will work in conjunction with Field Applications Engineers and business unit specialists to support customers across all major industries (digital healthcare, industrial, communications, etc). They will drive the territory revenue growth by building strong relationships with their customer base and maximizing ADI content on new customer projects.\nResponsibilities include, but not limited to:\nUnderstanding customer technology and business challenges\nLearning ADI’s product portfolio and how to position to solve customer challenges\nLeading extended internal teams to formulate ADI focused solutions to solve customer needs\nBuilding strong relationships externally with customers\nHelping customers navigate their supply chain and pricing needs\nDealing with negotiations and out-witting your competition\nWork interactively in a collaborative team environment\nUltimate goal - win new business to help ADI grow\nMinimum qualifications\nElectrical Engineering Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) \nStrong interpersonal, organizational and proactive skills- \nNatural curiosity about the semiconductor industry and impact on society\nBasic understanding of embedded systems through undergraduate courses\nPreferred qualifications\nHistory of customer-facing roles in any industry\nNaturally comfortable around people and obtain joy from helping others\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
