Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nSenior Engineer, Product Engineering (Prod Dev)\nThe Senior Product Engineer will lead complex electronic component development initiatives and qualification efforts for multiple product lines. Will leverage technical expertise to improve product evaluation, reliability, manufacturing readiness, and overall product quality while providing guidance to junior engineers. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative medical imaging solutions that meet ADI's standards for performance, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead product development, evaluation, and qualification activities.\nDevelop and execute qualification plans to ensure product reliability, quality, and manufacturing readiness.\nDrive product lifecycle ownership, including customer issue resolution, failure analysis, and process improvements.\nOptimize manufacturing processes, yield, quality, and supply chain resiliency through cross-functional collaboration.\nProvide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior engineers while driving engineering best practices.\n Qualifications\nProduct Development & Qualification: Excellent knowledge of semiconductor, module, and system-level product development and qualification methodologies.\nProgramming Skills: Expert in NI LabView/C#, FPGA (Verilog/VHDL) programming. Experience with ChipAgent AI is a plus.\nReliability: Excellent understanding of reliability testing, failure analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective action implementation.\nElectronic Design: Expert-level capabilities in complex electronic component design\nMechanical/Optical Systems: Comprehensive understanding of integrating advanced mechanical and optical systems\nData Analysis & Problem Solving: Strong statistical analysis, debugging, and data-driven decision-making skills.\nIntegrated Circuits: Deep knowledge of IC design principles, testing, and quality improvement\nCross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects and collaborate effectively across Design, Test, Reliability, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers.\nProduct Lifecycle Ownership: Experienced in supporting products from development through release, sustaining, and end-of-life phases.\nMaster's degree preferred in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field\n5-7 years of relevant experience\nDemonstrated technical leadership abilities and strong cross-functional collaboration skills\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
