This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate across teams to support product adoption in Automotive, Consumer, Industrial, and multimarket applications.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nDevelop customer-facing demos and POCs using embedded Linux / Zephyr / FreeRTOS based applications and their associated device drivers.\nBe the first point of contact for supporting customer questions on issues related to embedded Linux / Zephyr / FreeRTOS. Work with developer team on enhancements and bugs.\nPerform system-level validation using Linux / Zephyr / FreeRTOS on ADI microcontrollers and processors.\nCollaborate with Tier-1 and OEM customers (onsite/offsite) to resolve technical challenges and accelerate their transition to production.\nCreate technical articles, demo platforms, and deliver training sessions for customers and internal ADI sales/support teams.\nUnderstand system-level requirements for targeted markets/applications and work with cross-functional teams on product definition and execution.\nCandidate Requirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, with strong fundamentals in microprocessors/microcontrollers, embedded Linux having 6-8 years of experience.\nHands-on experience in ARM Cortex Microcontrollers and associated tools.\nProficiency in C programming is mandatory.\nExperienced in developing software solutions for resource-constrained environments, with hands-on expertise in Linux internals, kernel configuration, BSP customization, and cross-platform application development.\nPossesses good knowledge of real-time operating systems including standard OS such as FreeRTOS and Zephyr, with experience in task scheduling, inter-process communication, memory management, and low-latency system design.\nStrong knowledge on microcontroller software topics such as Stack, Heap, Memory optimization, multi-core communication etc.\nSolid understanding of and familiarity with protocols such as I2C, I2S, SPI, UART. Solid understanding and working knowledge of Linux drivers forNetworking, USB, Audio, SD/eMMC.\nStrong interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.\nExcellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.\nSelf-motivated, innovative, and a positive team contributor.
