As part of our expanding business needs we are now seeking to fill key positions within the team.\nThe Position: \nThe CSS group is currently seeking a Qual Support Engineer to coordinate the planning and execution of the qualification process of new products from the fields described.\nThe successful candidate will work closely with the Design, Design Evaluation Test and Reliability teams to define, prepare and execute the qualification process, including any new developments required to ensure that the different parts are exercised as required during the qualification tests.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with the Design, Design Evaluation, Test and Reliability teams to define the qualification plan for new products.\nWork with Design on defining how the part should be exercised on the different reliability stresses.\nDrive the hardware design for the different qual stresses, including options for board debug.\nBring-up and debug of the qual solution pre-silicon and once devices are available.\nSupport the Reliability engineers during the execution of the qualification tests.\nDrive debug of issues and rejects during qual execution.\nDocumentation and analysis of the results including report compilations for the different tests.\nThe Candidate:\nThe candidate should have a strong knowledge of Analogue and Digital Electronics, be proactive, self-motivated, capable of accepting responsibility, and show initiative in identifying and solving challenging technical problems. The ideal candidate should have:\n5+ years’ experience in an Engineering measurement role.\nDegree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or equivalent.\nExcellent debug skills.\nStrong Python (or similar) programming skills.\nStrong teamwork, inter-personal and communication skills.\nHigh coordination and leadership skills.\nPCB design/layout experience.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
