Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nSr. Network Engineer\nPosition Summary\nAnalog Devices is seeking a highly experienced Sr. Network Engineer to lead the design, deployment, modernization, and operational support of the company's global network infrastructure across enterprise sites, engineering labs, manufacturing facilities and data centers.\nThe successful candidate will provide technical leadership for strategic initiatives involving Juniper networking, Aruba wireless solutions, Palo Alto security platforms, Fortinet any SD-WAN and enterprise infrastructure transformation programs. This individual must possess strong technical expertise while demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership\nDesign, deploy, and support global WAN, LAN, WLAN, data center, and network security infrastructures.\nLead network modernization initiatives including SD-WAN, EVPN-VXLAN, firewall transformation, and wireless upgrades.\nArchitect and operate solutions utilizing: Juniper (EX, QFX, MX, EVPN-VXLAN, ESI-LAG)\n Aruba (Wireless, Controllers, ClearPass, Mobility Master)\n Palo Alto (NGFW, Panorama)\n Fortinet (FortiGate Firewall, FortiManager, SD-WAN)\n\nDevelop technology roadmaps, engineering standards, operational procedures, and security guidelines.\nLead infrastructure projects, vendor engagements, capacity planning, budgeting, and lifecycle management.\nLeadership & Collaboration\nPartner with business leaders, infrastructure teams, security organizations, manufacturing stakeholders, and application teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business objectives.\nInfluence technical decisions and provide strategic guidance to leadership teams.\nMentor and coach engineers while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nDrive technical discussions, architecture reviews, and solution workshops across global teams.\nBuild strong relationships with vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.\nOperational Excellence\nEstablish monitoring, alerting, incident response, and escalation procedures.\nLead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for critical incidents.\nPromote automation, standardization, and operational efficiency improvements.\nEnsure high availability, performance, reliability, and security of global network services.\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years of progressive experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture.\nExpert knowledge of routing, switching, wireless, security, and data center technologies.\nHands-on experience with Juniper, Aruba, Palo Alto, and Fortinet platforms.\nStrong knowledge of:BGP\nOSPF\nESI-LAG\nEVPN-VXLAN\nSD-WAN\nVPN Technologies\nQoS\n\nExperience supporting large-scale global enterprise, manufacturing, engineering environments.\nSoft Skills & Leadership Competencies\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.\nStrong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities across global organizations.\nProven ability to influence decisions without direct authority.\nExceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nStrong project planning, organizational, and execution skills.\nEffective conflict resolution and decision-making abilities.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence.\nAbility to lead through change and drive organizational transformation.\nPassion for mentoring, developing talent, and promoting knowledge sharing.\nSelf-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and technology innovation.\nAbility to collaborate effectively across cultures, regions, and time zones.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
