Working on new technologydevelopment, you will design cutting-edgeintegrated modules and subsystems for electronic warfare (EW), communication, and phased array radar systems. In this position, you will interface withstaff involved with design, testing, manufacturing engineering, program management, business development, and division management throughout all program phases of research, design, and production.\nThis position requires deep expertiseacross multiple technical domains and strong cross-functional collaboration skills to drive innovation and excellence in digital design.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop FPGA-based designs for digital data and control paths leveragingADI high-speed converters, including schematic, RTL, simulation, analysis, and interface validation\n\nDefine and develop system-level architectures for complex digital designs\n\nLead technical teams on complex digital design projects\n\nCollaborate with multiple teams for new product development, system design, and performance verification of hardware and software\n\nInfluence product direction and technical roadmaps\n\nEngage directly with customers on technical requirements and solutions\n\nMentor engineers and help develop technical talent\n\nQualifications\n*+ years of relevant experience in digital design engineering\n\nExpert ability to define and implement complex digital system architectures\n\nPCBdesign, including part selection, schematic capture, debug, and optimization\n\nHigh speed interface design and bring-up and testing, e.g.100 GigE, Aurora, PCIe\n\nExperience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools, e.g.Allegro, PADS\n\nFamiliarity with high speedPCB layout techniques/concepts\n\nSkilled in design techniques that maximize isolation and prevent signal integrity issues.\n\nRTL design (Verilog, VHDL), simulation, timing closure in large FPGAs\n\nStrong organizational and communications skills with abilityto work in a fast-paced & dynamicenvironment.\n\nU.S. citizenship\n\nAbility to obtain a Secret Clearance\n\n Preferred Education and Experience\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent\n\nExperience with DOD radar, electronic warfare, or RF communications algorithms\n\nFamiliarity with C#, Python, C/C++, TCL\n\nFamiliarity with RF systems\n\nExperience with low complexity DC power tree designs and voltage sequencing\n\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
