Learn more at www.analog.com and on LinkedIn and X.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as the technical subject matter expert (SME) for Dry Etch, Wet Etch, and Clean process technologies in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.\nLead yield improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, defect reduction, and process optimization.\nDevelop, execute, and analyze Design of Experiments (DOE) and Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies to improve process capability and product quality.\nDrive continuous improvement projects focused on throughput, cycle time, manufacturability, cost reduction, and process robustness.\nLead qualification of new processes, equipment, toolsets, and technology transfers into manufacturing.\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex process and equipment issues through data-driven problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration.\nPartner with Product, Integration, Equipment, and Manufacturing teams to ensure process compatibility, manufacturability, and production readiness.\nEstablish and maintain process control strategies, specifications, and documentation to support stable manufacturing operations.\nProvide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to engineers, technicians, and manufacturing personnel.\nLead cross-functional projects and represent Sustaining Engineering in support of organizational goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and operational excellence.\nRequirements:\nBachelors or Master’s degree in ChemE, Mat Sci, EE, Physics, Chemistry or a related discipline.\n7+ years of direct semiconductor industry experience, Subject Matter Experts (SME) with Dry and Wet Etch, Clean process technologies.\nAbility to develop resolutions to transfer technology and qualify complex toolsets, resolve problems with diverse scopes requiring in-depth analysis.\nAdvanced understanding of statistical process control (SPC), MFG throughput, efficiency and engineering statistics.\nPreferred:\n7+ years of direct semiconductor manufacturing industry with experience on Applied Material Etchers, Wet Etch, FSI and/or JST equipment are a plus.\nSignificant CMOS/Bipolar knowledge of device physics as-well-as device integration.\n5+ years of interdisciplinary project management experience within semiconductor industry. \n5+ years of hands-on academic or industry experience with process and materials development.\nAble to occasionally travel domestically and internationally as needed.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
