This role collaborates closely with Operations, Test Engineering, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to achieve manufacturing, quality, and cost objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and Develop the Team\nSupervise and mentor Product Engineers and technical staff.\nAssign priorities, monitor performance, and support employee development.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nDrive Product Yield and Quality Improvement\nAnalyze yield trends and manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities.\nLead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nDrive initiatives to improve product performance, quality, and manufacturability.\nSupport Manufacturing Operations\nProvide technical support for production issues impacting quality, yield, and output.\nPartner with Operations and cross-functional teams to ensure stable manufacturing performance.\nEnsure timely resolution of customer and factory escalations.\nManage Product Sustaining Activities\nSupport product transfers, qualifications, and engineering change implementations.\nEvaluate the impact of process, material, and equipment changes on product performance.\nEnsure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.\nLead Data Analysis and Problem Solving\nUtilize statistical tools and data analysis techniques to identify trends and drive improvements.\nConduct failure analysis and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.\nPresent findings and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.\nDrive Continuous Improvement\nIdentify opportunities for cycle time, cost, quality, and productivity improvements.\nSupport Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.\nLead projects that improve manufacturing efficiency and product reliability.\nCollaborate with Cross-Functional Teams\nWork closely with Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Quality, Reliability, and Manufacturing teams.\nSupport new product introductions (NPI), product transfers, and customer requirements.\nProvide regular updates on engineering projects, product health, and manufacturing performance.\nQualifications\nBachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Product Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Test Engineering, or Semiconductor Operations.\nPrior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nExperience with yield analysis, statistical methods, and root cause analysis.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nSemiconductor manufacturing experience.\nKnowledge of SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D, and Six Sigma methodologies.\nExperience supporting high-volume manufacturing environments.\nFamiliarity with product qualification, reliability testing, and change management processes.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
