This individual contributor role is responsible for negotiating, administering, and managing strategic subcontracts to ensure quality, cost, compliance, and on-time delivery of critical materials and services.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end subcontract lifecycle management, including negotiation, award, administration, and performance oversight.\nEnsure subcontract compliance with FAR/DFARS, company policies, and contractual requirements.\nMonitor supplier performance, drive corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nManage subcontractor adherence to technical data packages, statements of work, quality requirements, and delivery milestones.\nPartner with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and program management to support program objectives and resolve supplier-related issues.\nDevelop sourcing strategies to reduce cost, mitigate supply risks, and ensure reliable capacity for critical programs.\nIdentify risks across key suppliers and establish effective mitigation plans to protect program execution.\nSupport new product introduction efforts through early supplier engagement and cost/feasibility analysis.\nLead supplier onboarding and qualification activities in partnership with cross-functional teams.\nMaintain strong awareness of industry trends and evolving regulatory requirements.\nRequired Qualifications\nUS Citizenship / Ability and willingness to apply for clearance \nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management (required).\n7-10 years of experience in supply chain, subcontract management, or strategic sourcing within the defense or aerospace sector.\nStrong knowledge of FAR/DFARS requirements and defense contracting practices.\nDemonstrated ability to negotiate and manage complex subcontracts effectively.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nProven success working in fast-paced, cross-functional, and highly regulated environments.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience managing high-risk or sole-source suppliers.\nFamiliarity with engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing processes.\nExposure to program management or earned value environments.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
