They will carry out the following:\nPlanned and Unplanned Maintenance activities\nWork to Operating Specifications\nParticipate in Training and Development\nWork in full EHS compliance at all times\nImplement BKM’s for PM`s and engineering practices\nTroubleshooting / Root cause Analysis\nInstallations, procurement, upgrades, and modifications\nKey Responsibilities:\nThe performance of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and the resolution of issues with electro-mechanical equipment across the plant.\nDismantling, adjustment, repair, and assembly of equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, sketches or drawings. \nThe use of test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.\nMay perform equipment modifications as directed by facilities engineers.\nFacilities plant includes the DI water and effluent treatment plants, chilled water systems, MTHW boilers, air handing systems, acid scrubbers, gas and chemical delivery systems, central vacuum, compressed air, BMS, gas detection systems etc.\nThe role of the support technician is to maintain the supply of services to, and the operating conditions within the cleanrooms to strict specification with regards to temperature, humidity, and particle counts. This requires the maintenance of pressure profiles across areas, regular validations and responding to out of control and stop work notifications.\nThe suitable candidate will have the following:\n A minimum level 7 degree or have a level 6 qualification in a relevant trade discipline with experience.\nA strong engineering knowledge.\nA thorough understanding of equipment hardware - electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, etc.\nGood decision-making skills and a logical approach to problem solving\nGood interpersonal and communication skills.\nWill be Quality/Safety mindset.\nFor positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
