This isn't a stepping stone role we're figuring out as we go: we know exactly what it needs to be, and we want someone who can walk in and take it on from day one.\nWhat you'll be working on\nBeing the first point of contact when something breaks: laptop issues, Wi-Fi problems, account access, the daily stuff that keeps 77 people moving.\n\nManaging Microsoft 365 day to day: Outlook, Teams, and related tools.\n\nManaging devices through MDM, keeping them provisioned, secure, and up to date.\n\nRunning support through an ITSM tool, so nothing falls through the cracks.\n\nWhat makes this role different\nYou won't be buried in a huge ticket queue at a company where IT is an afterthought. You'll support a small, sharp team that notices and appreciates when things run smoothly, and you'll have room to actually fix things properly instead of just patching them.\nSkills we need\nSolid experience with day-to-day desktop support.\n\nStrong Microsoft 365 knowledge.\n\nExperience managing devices through an MDM.\n\nExperience working within an ITSM tool/process.\n\nClear, confident English communicator. You'll be talking to people all day, so this matters as much as the technical skills.\n\nBased in or able to relocate to Abu Dhabi.\n\nNice to have\nOn-prem data centre management.\n\nNetworking fundamentals.\n\nBasic cloud knowledge (Azure).\n\nWhat we're not looking for\nThis isn't a networking, cloud, or infrastructure role, if that's what you're looking to do next, this won't be the right fit.
