You’d join a ~70-person team in Abu Dhabi while the foundations are still being laid, so what you build now becomes how the company protects itself as it scales.\nWhat we’re looking for, and why\nA hands-on security engineer. We need someone who spots the problem, builds the action plan, does the work, and closes it themselves, from start to finish. You’d shape how security works across cloud, endpoints, and products by doing it, not by writing recommendations for someone else to carry out.\nWhat you’ll be working on\nCloud security posture and hardening across Azure\n\nIdentity and access governance: Entra ID, privileged access, access reviews\n\nVulnerability management and patching oversight\n\nSecurity monitoring, alerting, and incident response\n\nDevSecOps in CI/CD: code, dependency, container, and secrets scanning\n\nEndpoint security and device compliance\n\nThird-party and vendor security reviews\n\nCompliance and audit readiness, pen test coordination, and security awareness training\n\nWhat makes this role different\nYour scope covers cloud, endpoints, and the products themselves, including robots and AI systems. You’ll work directly with the engineers who ship the code, with no approval chain in between, so a fix can go from finding to deployed quickly. You’ll also help set the standards the company grows into.\nSkills we need\nHands-on experience securing Azure environments\n\nStrong knowledge of identity and access management (Entra ID or similar)\n\nExperience adding security into CI/CD pipelines\n\nPractical vulnerability management and incident response\n\nFamiliarity with compliance and audit processes\n\nClear communication, including explaining risk to non-security people\n\nWhat we’re not looking for\nPeople who prefer to advise from the sidelines or hand off findings without helping fix them.
