As our product surface grows across platforms, we need someone who can own that experience end to end, not just execute a spec.\nWhat you'll be working on\nDeveloping and maintaining scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)\n\nWorking closely with designers and backend engineers to deliver cohesive, pixel-perfect experiences\n\nOptimizing applications for speed and scalability\n\nWriting clean, maintainable, well-documented code\n\nImplementing UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards\n\nTaking part in code reviews and sharing what you know with the team\n\nKeeping an eye on where frontend is heading and bringing good ideas back to the team\n\nWhat makes this role different\nEngineering here is flat: no layers between you and the decision, no waiting on a chain of approvals to ship something good. You'll work in person in Abu Dhabi, alongside a small, genuinely international team, often a short walk from robots that are actually deployed and being tested. What you build will be felt immediately, by real users, on real products.\nSkills we need\n6+ years of frontend development experience\n\nStrong HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)\n\nExperience with React (preferred), Vue, or Angular\n\nComfort working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous data\n\nStrong grasp of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility\n\nGit and modern version control workflows\n\nFamiliarity with build tools like Webpack, Vite, or Parcel\n\nNice to have: TypeScript, testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress), experience in Agile/Scrum environments, familiarity with Figma or Sketch, a solid sense of SEO and performance fundamentals.\nWhat we're not looking for\nThis isn't a role for someone who wants a spec handed to them and nothing more, or who'd rather manage the work than build it.
