It is a creative leadership role without a title that says so.\nWhat you will do\nOwn the Visual Language\n\nTranslate Analog's world, Physical Intelligence, Ana, Boston Dynamics Spot, the Abu Dhabi desert, the edge between the physical and digital, into a living visual system. Typography, color, composition, iconography, motion principles. You are not maintaining a brand guide. You are writing it.\nEvery design decision you make should be traceable back to something true about what Analog builds and who it is for.\nShape the Work the World Sees\n\nLead design execution across brand and marketing touchpoints: campaign visuals, keynote decks, event identity, social content, product launches, investor materials, and partner communications. You work at the standard of a company that intends to define a category. The output reflects that.\nBuild for Ana and the Product World\n\nAnalog's central intelligence is a character, not a dashboard. Ana has a visual canon, a personality, and a presence that has to translate across formats without losing coherence. You will design with and around Ana, building the 2D systems that give her world structure: illustrated environments, graphic frameworks, editorial treatments, campaign identities.\nDrive Craft at Every Scale\n\nYou care about the gap between two elements as much as the headline. You know what ES Klarheit Kurrent looks like set correctly and what it looks like set lazily. You notice when a gradient is doing work and when it is hiding a weak composition. The standard is not what looks good on a screen at arm's length. It is what survives scrutiny.\nWhat you will bring\n6 to 10 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio that demonstrates a genuine and consistent point of view, not range for its own sake.\n\nMastery of typography. Not familiarity. Mastery. You make type decisions with intention and can defend every one of them.\n\nDeep proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. You work fast and you work clean.\n\nExperience designing for both digital and physical formats: screens, print, environmental, stage. You understand how a design changes when it has to survive projection at six meters wide.\n\nProven ability to build and extend visual systems, not just execute within them.\n\nA point of view on what makes a brand feel inevitable rather than assembled.\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with motion design or the ability to art direct motion without executing it yourself.\n\nBackground in technology, robotics, or science brands where the subject matter demands visual intelligence rather than visual decoration.\n\nFamiliarity with AI image and video generation tools as a creative instrument, not a shortcut.\n\nArabic language literacy or experience designing for bilingual brand contexts.\n\nAnalog is building something the world has not seen before. The visual language that surrounds it should make that felt before the product is explained.
