performance.\n\nOptimize algorithms for real-time execution on CPUs, GPUs, and FPGAs.\n\nLeadership & Collaboration\nCollaborate with cross-disciplinary teams in hardware, embedded systems, and software.\n\nStay current with advances in robotics, AI, perception, estimation, and controls, and integrate novel research into applied solutions.\n\nQualifications\nStrong proficiency in C++ and Python for robotics and AI development.\n\nHands-on experience with robotics frameworks such as ROS/ROS2.\n\nPractical knowledge of SLAM and LiDAR-based perception systems.\n\nExperience deploying reinforcement learning algorithms in simulation and on real robots.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based robotics platforms (e.g., AWS RoboMaker, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud Robotics).\n\nProficiency with simulation tools (e.g., Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or Webots) and visualization frameworks (e.g., RViz).\n\nStrong software engineering practices: version control (Git), CI/CD, containerization
