In this role, you will provide high-level technical leadership, engineering expertise, and strategic vision to optimize, manage, and secure our enterprise hardware, software, and network ecosystems.\nAnalytica has been recognized by Inc. Analytica offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.\nResponsibilities include (but not limited to):\nDevelop, train, evaluate, deploy, and monitor machine learning and AI models for mission and business use cases.\nBuild and support MLOps pipelines for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and governance.\nCollaborate with data engineers, application developers, analysts, and domain SMEs to operationalize AI capabilities.\nImplement NLP, LLM, RAG, generative AI, predictive analytics, and automation solutions where appropriate.\nOptimize model performance, scalability, explainability, security, and reliability.\nSupport AI solution integration into APIs, applications, reporting platforms, and operational workflows.\nDocument model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and responsible AI considerations.\nBasic Qualifications:\n3+ years of AI/ML engineering, data science, or applied machine learning experience.\nExperience with Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.\nExperience with MLOps tools, cloud AI services, model deployment, and production monitoring.\nKnowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, generative AI, predictive modeling, and model evaluation methods.\nExperience deploying AI/ML capabilities within secure cloud or enterprise environments.\nStrong analytical, documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.\nIRS, Treasury, fraud analytics, tax administration, or federal AI/ML experience preferred.\nMust have active or ability to obtain IRS MBI clearance.\nAnalytica LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
