The company offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead DevSecOps initiatives, including architecture, automation, monitoring, testing, and CI/CD pipelines for large-scale, multi-cloud and on-premises platforms.\n\nDesign scalable, secure, and resilient platforms that meet USCIS performance and availability targets (99.9% uptime; 24/7 platform availability).\n\nArchitect infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and AWS-native capabilities to ensure consistent and secure environments.\n\nIntegrate security and code quality scanning (Checkmarx, SonarQube, NexusIQ, Prisma Cloud) into the CI/CD pipeline and enforce secure configurations for cloud resources.\n\nApply federal security and compliance standards including FISMA, FedRAMP, DHS Enterprise Architecture (HLS EA), and NIST frameworks.\n\nGuide platform monitoring, observability, incident response, and disaster recovery; support 24x7 / 15-minute incident response and MTTR of 90 minutes or less for internal code faults.\n\nSupport Team Managed Deployment (TMD) and Ongoing Authorization (OA) processes.\n\nEnable serverless, containerized microservices patterns (AWS Lambda, EKS, Kubernetes, Rancher, Docker) and support SPA/MPA DevSecOps practices.\n\nPartner with Application DevSecOps Solutions Architect Leads, Data Architect/Scientist Leads, and ISSO personnel to ensure cross-cutting platform decisions align to program needs.\n\nResearch and adopt cutting-edge platform tools, processes, and practices; document and justify innovations for government approval prior to implementation.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience: Minimum ten (10) years of experience leading DevSecOps initiatives, including architecture, automation, monitoring, testing, and CI/CD pipelines for large-scale, multi-cloud and on-premises platforms.\n\nPlatform Design: Proven ability to design scalable, secure, and resilient platforms.\n\nFederal Compliance: Knowledge of federal security and compliance standards (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP).\n\nCertification: AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or Professional (Required).\n\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.\n\nClearance: Ability to obtain and maintain DHS Public Trust (EOD).\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with the USCIS AWS service footprint: EC2, S3, Aurora, RDS, OpenSearch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, Lambda, Kinesis, EKS, KMS.\n\nHands-on with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Harness, and Backstage.\n\nExperience with DHS Enterprise Architecture Technical Reference Model (TRM) and IPv6 (USGv6) compliance.\n\nPrior USCIS, DHS, or large federal civilian cloud platform experience.\n\nAbout Analytica: Analytica is a leading data and AI engineering firm serving public sector and highly regulated industries.
