Analytica offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.\nKey Responsibilities:\nLead day-to-day technical execution for engineering teams delivering data and analytics solutions\n\nServe as a senior hands-on engineer contributing to solution design, development, troubleshooting, and optimization\n\nGuide and mentor engineers through technical leadership, collaboration, and code review\n\nSupport development and maintenance of scalable data pipelines, integrations, and processing frameworks within Databricks and AWS\n\nCollaborate with architects and program leadership to implement technical solutions aligned with project objectives\n\nHelp break down requirements into actionable development tasks and support sprint execution\n\nPartner with application engineers, QA/test teams, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery\n\nPromote engineering best practices around performance, maintainability, testing, and operational support\n\nAssist with production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement efforts\n\nContribute to Agile delivery activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and technical estimation\n\nRequired Qualifications:\nU.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain any required clearance or suitability determination\n\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. Master’s degree in a plus.\n\n8+ years of experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines and large-scale data processing solutions\n\nHands-on expertise with Databricks and modern data engineering frameworks\n\nExperience working within AWS cloud environments\n\nStrong proficiency in Python and/or Spark-based data processing\n\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Agile development practices\n\nStrong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills\n\nAbility to lead technical efforts while remaining hands-on in delivery\n\nCertification in one or more\n\nDatabricks Certified Data Engineer Associate and/or Databricks Certified Machine Learning Associate\n\nAWS Certified Data Analytics - Specialty and/or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer - Professional\n\nExperience working in client-facing or consulting environments\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders\n\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools\n\nAbout Analytica:Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
