The company offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.    \nKey ResponsibilitiesRulemaking Support\nDraft, edit, and review notices of proposed and final rulemaking for CMS programs.\n\nAnalyze and summarize public comments submitted in response to proposed rules.\n\nDevelop briefing papers, presentation materials, and supporting documentation for rulemaking cycles.\n\nSupport the clearance process for proposed and final rules, ensuring timely delivery of all materials.\n\nIncorporate CMS feedback and maintain compliance with project schedules and quality standards.\n\nPolicy Research and Analysis\nResearch legislative and regulatory history, policy precedents, and Medicare program requirements.\n\nAnalyze statutory and regulatory requirements to support policy development and decision-making.\n\nStay informed on emerging Medicare legislation, regulations, and policies affecting IPF PPS and PHP-IOP programs.\n\nPrepare policy analyses, issue briefs, and recommendations to support CMS initiatives.\n\nProgram Implementation Support\nIdentify and document policy changes required for program implementation.\n\nDraft revisions to Medicare manuals and program guidance documents.\n\nSupport the development of change requests and implementation-related communications.\n\nProject Management and Quality Assurance\nDevelop and maintain project plans that support overlapping rulemaking cycles and deliverables.\n\nTrack milestones, deadlines, and action items to ensure successful project execution.\n\nProofread and review all team deliverables for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and compliance with CMS standards.\n\nCollaborate effectively with CMS staff and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Social Work, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare policy analysis, regulatory writing, or government consulting.\n\nExperience supporting state or federal government agencies, preferably CMS or Medicare-related programs.\n\nWorking knowledge of Medicare payment systems, Medicare regulations, and federal rulemaking processes.\n\nStrong analytical and research skills, including the ability to evaluate policy, regulatory, and statutory requirements.\n\nExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting and editing regulatory and policy documents.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster's degree in Public Health (MPH), Healthcare Administration (MHA), Public Policy (MPP), Social Work, Business Administration (MBA), or a related discipline.\n\nPrevious experience supporting CMS rulemaking activities.\n\nFamiliarity with Medicare payment systems, particularly IPF PPS and OPPS.\n\nExperience developing policy briefs, regulatory guidance, and executive-level presentations.\n\nKnowledge of federal healthcare reimbursement methodologies and payment policy development.\n\nAbout Analytica: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
