The company offers competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer-paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.\nResponsibilities include (but not limited to):\nLead day-to-day management of government programs, ensuring compliance with contract terms, schedules, and budgets.\nServe as the primary point of contact for federal clients, maintaining strong communication and trust with stakeholders.\nDevelop and manage program plans, schedules, risk assessments, and performance metrics.\nOversee delivery teams, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet technical, functional, and operational requirements.\nManage program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.\nEnsure compliance with all government regulations, policies, and reporting requirements.\nSupport business development activities by contributing to proposals, capture planning, and solution shaping for follow-on or new opportunities.\nMentor and guide project managers, task leads, and technical staff to support professional growth and performance excellence.\nBasic Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).\n10+ years of experience managing government contracts or programs, including responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance.\nPMP, PgMP, or DAU Program Management certifications\nExperience leading cross-functional teams in a federal contracting environment\nExperience leading projects focused in one or more domains: IT modernization, cloud migration, data analytics, ML/AI\nPrior experience managing IDIQ contracts, task orders, or large-scale federal initiative\nStrong knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR/DFARS) and program compliance requirements.\nProven track record of delivering large, complex programs on time and within budget.\nExceptional communication, client engagement, and leadership skills.\nMust be US Citizen\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance\nAbout ANALYTICA: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
