We offer competitive compensation with opportunities for bonuses, employer paid health care, training and development funds, and 401k match.\nJob Responsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for CMS stakeholders and provide overall program leadership.\nLead program strategy, execution, delivery management, and contract performance.\nManage Agile product delivery, including sprint planning, execution, release management, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nCoordinate stakeholder engagement across CMS Centers, Offices, data owners, and user communities contributing to the platform.\nOversee data governance activities, platform operations, modernization initiatives, and website consolidation efforts.\nEnsure alignment between user needs, CMS mission objectives, technical solutions, governance requirements, and business outcomes.\nManage program risks, dependencies, resource allocation, staffing plans, and performance metrics.\nMonitor project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and quality standards to ensure successful program outcomes.\nFacilitate communication and collaboration among technical teams, business stakeholders, and executive leadership.\nProvide executive reporting, strategic recommendations, and program status updates to CMS leadership.\nLead cross-functional teams of 15-25 personnel in support of mission-critical CMS initiatives.\nEnsure compliance with federal regulations, CMS policies, and organizational governance requirements.\nRequired Qualifications:\nMinimum 10 years of relevant program or project management experience.\n\nMaster's degree in Management, Public Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.\n\nMinimum 4 years of experience supporting open-data initiatives.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in DCAT-US 1.1 standards.\n\nMinimum 4 years of experience working directly with CMS programs or CMS data.\n\nExperience managing cross-functional teams of 15-25 personnel.\n\nDeep knowledge of Agile product management principles and delivery methodologies.\n\nFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, and related collaboration tools.\n\nDemonstrated ability to oversee all aspects of task order management, including planning, reporting, sprint execution, resource management, and risk management.\n\nExperience facilitating stakeholder engagement across multiple CMS Centers, Offices, data owners, and user communities.\n\nAbility to align technical delivery, user needs, governance requirements, and strategic business objectives.\n\nExperience supporting public-facing digital platforms, data products, or enterprise data initiatives.\n\nStrong communication and executive briefing skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nProven ability to lead complex modernization efforts in highly regulated federal environments.\n\nAbout ANALYTICA: Analytica is a leading consulting and information technology solutions provider to public sector organizations supporting health, civilian, and national security missions.
