  • Support lead generation activities, including research, prospecting, and outreach to potential clients
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the CRM with accurate client and pipeline information

  • Assist with market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed

    • Requirements

  • A recent graduate in a technical field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Business Computing, or a related discipline
  • Ability to grasp and explain technical concepts and software solutions to non-technical audiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in technology sales, business development, or client-facing technical roles
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with basic software tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
