Because we were established for the purpose of public service and not for profit, we measure our success in the impact of our service.\nPosition Summary\nANSER is seeking an Expert Test Systems Engineer to lead enterprise-level applications, system, and integration testing efforts across the National System of Geospatial-Intelligence (NSG), Allied System of Geospatial-Intelligence (ASG), and Federal Agency environments. You will provide technical leadership for test and evaluation strategies supporting complex, mission-critical GEOINT systems operating across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures. You will oversee DevOps-based testing pipelines, integration validation, and automated test frameworks to ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and mission requirements. You will serve as a senior technical authority guiding testing teams and leading defect resolution and system validation activities.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nLead and oversee Senior-, Mid-, and Junior-level engineers performing test and evaluation across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency programs.Oversee application, system, and integration testing across complex enterprise environments.\nDirect testing of applications and APIs within DevOps pipelines using government and industry QA standards.\nOversee independent integration testing of software and hardware to validate compliance with system requirements.\nPlan and execute manual and automated testing using scripting and programming languages.\nLead technical investigations and root cause analysis for defects identified during testing activities.\nDefine and enforce test strategies, quality assurance processes, and best practices.\nEnsure validation of system performance across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.\nGuide development and execution of automated test frameworks and regression testing strategies.\nCoordinate testing efforts across integrated System of Systems and Service-Oriented Architecture environments.\nAdvise Government stakeholders on test results, system readiness, and risk areas.\nSupport DevOps pipeline integration for continuous testing and delivery.\nEnsure traceability between test cases, requirements, and system architecture.\nOversee defect tracking, resolution workflows, and release validation processes.\n• Collaborate with engineering and integration teams to ensure mission readiness of GEOINT systems.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.\nExpert-level systems integration experience supporting large-scale System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructures.\n12+ years of experience supporting government or industry programs in systems integration, testing, or engineering roles.\nExperience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.\nExperience with Agile, DevOps, and traditional development and testing methodologies.\nWorking knowledge of Software Development Frameworks.\nPrevious Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) program/project experience.\nExperience supporting enterprise test strategy development and execution.\n• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related STEM field.Experience with tools such as JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Nexus, Apigee, GitHub/GitLab.\nProficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Bash, SQL, XML, JSON, and Curl.\nExperience with AWS and C2S environments.\nWorking knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, tools, and languages.\nExperience supporting NSG/ASG or NGA program environments.\nExperience with automated test framework development and performance testing strategies.\n• Experience supporting enterprise DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration.\n\nIn compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-2000 or e-mail \nANSER is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
