You will support the execution of test and evaluation activities across complex GEOINT systems operating in cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. You will develop and execute manual and automated tests, support API and system validation in DevOps pipelines, and assist in identifying and resolving system defects. You will also provide technical leadership to junior and mid-level engineers supporting mission-critical testing activities.\nDay-to-Day Responsibilities\nLead and support application, system, and integration testing across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency programs.\nExecute testing of applications and APIs within DevOps pipelines using established QA standards.\nPerform independent integration testing of software and hardware systems to validate compliance with requirements.\nDevelop and execute manual and automated test cases using scripting and programming languages.\nSupport identification, analysis, and resolution of system defects discovered during testing.\nParticipate in Agile, DevOps, and traditional testing and development environments.\nSupport test planning, execution, and reporting across system-of-systems environments.\nValidate system performance across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.\nMaintain test documentation, traceability, and results reporting.\nSupport defect tracking and lifecycle management activities.\nCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure system readiness and mission alignment.\nExecute regression, integration, and performance testing activities.\nSupport API validation and functional testing within CI/CD pipelines.\nAssist in ensuring compliance with requirements through structured test execution.\nCommunicate test results and system issues to engineering and government stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive TS/SCI clearance with polygraph \nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Engineering Management, Management Information Systems, or related STEM field. Equivalent experience may be substituted.\n12+ years of experience supporting systems integration, testing, or engineering in large-scale System of Systems or Service-Oriented Architecture environments.\nExperience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.\nExperience working in Agile, DevOps, and traditional development/testing environments.\nPrevious Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD) program/project experience.\nStrong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA practices.\nExperience supporting cloud, hybrid, or on-premises enterprise systems.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related STEM field.\nExperience with tools such as JMeter, Jenkins, Docker, Postman, Swagger, Nexus, Apigee, GitHub/GitLab.\nExperience with programming/scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, Bash, SQL, XML, JSON, and Curl.\nExperience with AWS and C2S environments.\nWorking knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).\nExperience supporting NSG/ASG or NGA program environments.\nExperience with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline integration.\nExposure to software development frameworks and DevOps best practices.\nIn compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), if you have a disability and would like to request an accommodation in order to apply for a position with ANSER, please call 703-416-2000 or e-mail \nANSER is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
