Additional experience may be substituted for degree requirements.\nTSCM Certified with experience in TEMPEST assessments.\nExpert-level knowledge of radio frequencies, direction-finding procedures, wireless communications, and general TSCM procedures and processes.\nGeneral knowledge of counterintelligence investigations, insider threat operations, physical security and anti-terrorism requirements, cybersecurity, digital forensics, and IT infrastructure.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAdvanced degree in a relevant field.\nProficiency in conducting radio frequency directions, finding missions to identify unauthorized transmitting devices.\nExperience providing technical security, subject matter expert input to designated IC working groups.\nExperience developing and disseminating workforce education for counterintelligence and security.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience working within or alongside the Intelligence Community (IC).\nAdditional Desired Skills:\nLeadership\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nProven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving team performance to meet organizational objectives\nMentoring\nExperience mentoring staff to build technical proficiency and support career development\nDemonstrated ability to train new team members on program-specific processes and standards\nBusiness Development\nExperience supporting business development efforts, including proposal writing, capture activities, or client relationship management\nFamiliarity with identifying growth opportunities and contributing to strategic planning \nCONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:\n TS/SCI w/Poly Required\nU.S. Citizenship Required\nFederal Employment Suitability\nE-Verify Eligibility Required*\nASG is an equal-opportunity employer (EEO)\n*ASG participates in the USCIS Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify).
