While your primary strength should be in front-end development, you'll also work across the stack, building and integrating server-side logic. You'll play a key role in developing Shopify applications and front-end projects, while contributing to our existing SaaS products. This role is crucial for expanding our Shopify ecosystem presence and enhancing our product offerings.\nWe expect you to use AI tools fluently across the full workflow: scoping and breaking down tasks, writing code, and testing.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces for our SaaS products\nBuild and integrate back-end services, APIs, and server-side logic that power our front-end applications\nBuild AI-powered features and integrations using modern AI/LLM APIs\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards\nCollaborate with the product team to implement new features and improve existing functionality\nOwn features end-to-end, from database and API design through to the user interface\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation\nContribute to the development of our custom CMS and marketing platforms\nRequired Skills & Experience\n3-5 years of professional full-stack development experience, with a primary focus on front-end\nStrong proficiency in:React.js\nTypeScript\nGraphQL\nReact Router\nTanStack (Query, Table, or Router)\nVersion control (Git)\n\nSolid back-end development experience, including REST/GraphQL API design and database fundamentals\nStrong command of AI coding tools across the full workflow: scoping and breaking down tasks, writing code, and testing\nB2 level proficiency in written and verbal English communication\nExperience with modern front-end build tools and workflows\nAbility to write clean, maintainable code and documentation\nExperience integrating AI/LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)\nUnderstanding of AI application architecture and best practices\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working with SaaS products\nTeam lead or project lead experience\nExperience with Go (Golang) or willingness to work within a Go-based back-end\nExperience with Shopify app development\nPrevious work on Shopify front-end projects\nKnowledge of e-commerce best practices\nPrevious experience building with the help of AI-powered applications\nExperience with AI development
