The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, supervising stock control activities, leading cycle counts, and resolving stock discrepancies to support efficient distribution center operations.\nResponsibilities\nSupervise the stock control team and daily inventory activities.\nConduct cycle counts, full inventory counts, audits, and stock reconciliations.\nInvestigate inventory discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.\nMonitor receiving, stocking, picking, transfers, adjustments, and distribution transactions.\nMaintain accurate inventory records in WMS/ERP systems.\nCoordinate with Receiving, Picking, Shipping, Quality, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams.\nMonitor stock levels and help prevent shortages and overstocking.\nImplement and enforce inventory control procedures and best practices.\nApply FIFO principles and monitor expiry dates, aging, slow-moving, and obsolete stock.\nEnsure bins are correctly labeled and storage locations are logically organized.\nImprove storage layouts, stock flow, and operational efficiency.\nMonitor inventory KPIs, including stock accuracy, variances, and count completion.\nPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.\nSupport internal and external audits by providing the required reports and documentation.\nTrain, guide, and evaluate inventory control employees.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and warehouse procedures.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse supervision.\nPrevious experience supervising an inventory or warehouse team.\nStrong knowledge of cycle counting, stock audits, reconciliation, and inventory accuracy.\nHands-on experience using WMS and/or ERP systems.\nGood understanding of warehouse operations, FIFO, stock replenishment, and inventory forecasting.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.\nAbility to investigate discrepancies and implement process improvements.\nGood communication, coordination, and team-management skills.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel is preferred.\nRelevant inventory, warehouse, or supply chain certifications are an
