Everything that makes you unique is welcome; join us and let’s build what’s next - together!\nWe are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Operations Manager to lead and execute operational projects as part of the Global Product & Technology organization (GPTO) Business Operations team. This role will partner with Product and Engineering leaders to facilitate and improve key GPTO processes (e.g. Product Intake and Prioritization, Roadmap management and Product Development Process). We are looking for a technology enthusiast with product operations, project management and advanced communication skills, someone who can influence without authority and navigate ambiguity to drive cross-functional change. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data driven, a natural problem solver that thrives when working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.\nYour Impact\n\nProduct Operations:\nImprove Product Development processes, tools/ AI and reporting best practices\nLead quarterly product intake, prioritization and roadmap planning process with GPTO and Go to market key stakeholders\nEnhance existing roadmap reporting, improve automated reporting from a system of record (e.g. JIRA Align)\nProject Management:\nPlan, execute, and oversee operational projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nDevelop and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, tracking progress against key milestones.\nIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.\nChange Management:\nDevelop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.\nAssess the impact of operational changes and partner with key stakeholder groups such as Product, Engineering, Product Marketing, Professional Services and Go To market operations to addressing challenges proactively.\nCreate and deliver operationalization plans that incorporate comms, enablement material, training and executive level reporting to drive cross org awareness and adoption of new processes, systems and Tooling/AI.\nProcess Improvement:\nLead process improvement workshops and mapping of end to end processes to identify key pain points\nAnalyze existing workflows and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and ensure adoption.\nBuild and operationalize new frameworks, reporting and dashboards to drive continuous improvement \nStakeholder Engagement:\nDevelop and present key information to senior leaders to drive alignment and secure buy in for change intiatives\nBuild trust and relationshiops with key stakeholders in product, and technology teams to align on priorities and deliver strategic goals.\nBuid and maintain key documentation using traditional tools such as PowerPoint, Confluence and Excel and propose productivity improvement using AI tools\nData-Driven Decision-Making:\nUse data and metrics to assess process performance and drive improvements\nPrioritise pain points and calculate ROI for improvement opportunities\nYour Qualifications:\nExtensive experience in Product Management, Product Ops or Business Operations within a Product or Technology organization\nProficiency in project management tools and change management frameworks\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of influencing stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams.\nStrong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.\nStrong knowledge of project and change management methodologies (certifications in PMP, Agile, or PROSCI is preferred).\nPreferred Skills\nExperience working in a technology or SaaS environment\nFamiliarity with Lean or Lean Six Sigma fundamentals\nExperience managing large-scale organizational changes.\nOur Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB)\nWe believe attracting and retaining the best talent and fostering an inclusive culture strengthens our business.
