You will drive technical decisions, lead complex projects, and mentor junior and mid-level developers while building scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions using modern technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape our technical architecture and engineering culture while delivering high-impact solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture\nLead technical design and architecture decisions for complex, scalable systems\nDrive engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes across the team\nEvaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and architectural approaches\nDesign and implement scalable web applications using modern .NET and Vue.js/React.js/Angular.js\nDevelopment & Delivery\nWrite clean, maintainable, records\nRequired Qualifications\nExperience: 8+ years of professional software development experience with demonstrated technical leadership\n Technical Expertise:\nExpert-level proficiency in modern .NET web and API development\nStrong experience with modern UI frameworks (Vue.js, React, or Angular)\nExtensive experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure\nAdvanced proficiency in database design and development (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or similar)\nDeep expertise in software architecture patterns and ability to design scalable, distributed systems\nExperience building and maintaining a microservices architecture at scale\nExperience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)\nProficiency with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows\nStrong background in API design and development (REST, JSON, GraphQL)\nExperience with automated testing frameworks and test-driven development\nKnowledge of DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code\nLeadership & Collaboration:\nProven experience leading technical projects and cross-functional initiatives\nDemonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers\nExperience leading Agile/Scrum practices and technical ceremonies\nStrong communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to various audiences\nDemonstrated ability to make technical decisions considering business impact\nEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience\nPreferred Qualifications\n Advanced
